Terms and conditions
West Vancouver Baptist Church accepts: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  All credit cards must be valid and used only by the person(s) authorized to use them.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
West Vancouver Baptist (WVBC) respects your privacy.  Personal information gathered by our organization is kept in confidence.  Our personnel are authorized to access personal information based only on their need to deal with the information for the reason(s) for which it was obtained.  We do not rent, sell, or trade our mailing lists.  The information you provide will be used to deliver resource materials, provide tax receipts, and to keep you informed and up-to-date on the activities of West Vancouver Baptist Church, including our programs, services, special events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or to give.

Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
Canada Revenue Agency requires that we retain your financial information for a minimum of seven years and accordingly, should our financial information include your personal information, your personal information could be held by us for a minimum of seven years. 

Our website’s e-commerce system uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive data transmission from your computer to our website.  In certain areas, password protection is used to protect your privacy and security.

WVBC reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time and requests that you review this policy for updates.

A small piece of data that a website can store on your system is referred to as a “cookie”.  Cookies are often used to enhance your online experience.  Many  browsers recognize when a cookie has been sent to your computer and will give you the option to refuse or allow it. 

Account Registration
When you register for camp, education, workshops or other activities, we require that you provide us certain information that allows us to complete your transaction.  This information is used to create a unique account for registration purposes.

Summer Camps
When registering for our Summer Camps (FTK, SonTrek) you will provide information regarding each child registering.  This information will be used to place your child in age appropriate groups, make name tags, and assist in caring for your child.    We will send (attached to the confirmation email) a registration form that is required to be signed by the parent or guardian.

We are not selling products/services listed under the prohibited Merchant list.  The registrant has opportunity to review all information before submitting registration.  Our site does not contain links to prohibitive merchants.

Refund Policy
Each camp, class or event will have a different refund policy.  We will retain $15.00 in administrative fees for all refunds.  The refund policy will be clearly stated within the registration materials.
