Lead Pastor Position
Seeking a collaborative Lead Pastor

West Vancouver Baptist Church seeks a collaborative Lead Pastor who will join, facilitate, and equip us to continue consolidating and realizing our ministry Vision.  He or she will help us restage post-COVID-19, and mobilize our congregation in the work we feel we have been called to do, as well as proving ongoing support for the spiritual growth of our community.  We recognize the responsibilities in this description are very broad, and cannot all be done by one person alone.  The successful candidate will be expected to extend his/her reach by bringing alongside and delegating to, others with complementary abilities.

Please send your resume to search@westvanbaptist.com. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.

In-Person Worship Services are happening!
Next Service January 30, 2022

We are excited to welcome the congregation back to West Vancouver Baptist Church. Those who are fully vaccinated (required for age 12 and up) will gather together in the Sanctuary wearing masks is required as noted below.  Those who are not vaccinated, or others if they so choose will meet in the Fireside Room where masks are also required. Our Farsi group will be in the Stage Room.

Masks: The latest information we have is that in worship services, masks are required for all. They may be temporarily removed when physical distancing if you are partaking in communion, and if you are ‘officiating’ – emcee, giving announcements, leading prayer, calls to worship, benediction, spotlights on ministry presentations, preaching, scripture reading, Advent candles - and if you are the lead singer of a song, hymn or carol.

Sunday Morning Worship

We invite you to our in-service Sunday Service at 10 am at West Vancouver Baptist Church.

Those who would prefer to join us from home can still do so by joining our brand-new Livestream available on the Home page.  See the top menu.

Mandarin Speakers will be watching the Livestream on ZOOM to hear the translated sermon message with the link below.
