Beyond the Fourth Cup
I have been privileged to present “Messiah in the Passover” on behalf of Chosen People Ministries for over a quarter century, and I do my best to draw out the connection between the Passover Supper, and the Lord’s Supper, which is the centerpiece of the teaching.
But there is more. The Passover Seder is a foretaste of a banquet of unimaginable glory, as Jesus proclaims with such anticipation in Matthew 26:29 - “But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.”
