The Canadian Baptist of Western Canada reaches people for Christ by seeking health and extending the ministry of the local church.

CBWC prayerfully supports local churches and their communities by training leaders, supporting innovative ministries, responding compassionately to social needs, responding to crises, and providing churches with administrative and financial services.  In partnership with our local churches, CBWC also plays a collaborative role in seeding new expressions of the church today.

Our ministry together is centred on three priorities:
Cultivating Leadership, Investing in Relationship, and Engaging in Mission.

We support the CBWC because it represents our denominational affiliation and is thus our “home base” and our first responsibility.

Our Churches

We serve in three regions of British Columbia and Yukon, Alberta and the Northwest Territories, and the Heartland (Saskatchewan and Manitoba). Together, the churches and ministries in these regions make up the Canadian Baptist of Western Canada.
