Pastor's Message
It is said that when the famous missionary, Dr. David Livingstone, started his trek across Africa he had 73 books in 3 packs, weighing 180 pounds. After the party had gone 300 miles, Livingstone was obliged to throw away some of the books because of the fatigue of those carrying his baggage. As he continued on his journey his library grew less and less, until he had but one book left--his Bible.
Small Group Leader Training: there will be a training session at 7.00 p.m. on Monday, October 31 in the Fireside room. All are welcome and if you’re an experienced leader, we would welcome your attendance as well. You can share your wisdom! Any questions to Pastor Chris at 778.987.8102.
Toni Pankratz: After more than 10 years of service at WVBC, Toni will be leaving her role as Office Administrator at the end of October. We wish her well in her future endeavours. Toni will be sorely missed.

Wedding and Funeral Coordinator: due to Toni’s departure, we now have a need for a coordinator for these events. Please contact Pastor Chris if you feel that you can contribute in this way. The role is compensated.
