Week of April 29 to May 5, 2021

Were you at the Good Friday service?  If so, you saw the painting Michael Wei created to honour 100 years of West Vancouver Baptist Church witness on the North Shore.  I thought you might appreciate a closer look at Michael's painting on this post.  If you were not at the service, here is an opportunity to contemplate on it for the first time.  You can see Jesus, you can see our cross-shaped ceiling, you can see "showers of blessings." We remind ourselves that the blessings from our congregation to our community should be both spiritual (new faith in Jesus) and material (helping with the practical needs of our neighbours).  Enjoy reflecting on Michael's work.
